All mattresses are manufactured exclusively in Germany. Even the foams are sourced from national foam manufacturers and the covers are sewn in Germany with careful manual work.
Which shipping partner will deliver my order?
Mattresses, toppers and bedding are shipped in a DHL package.
Slatted frames are shipped by a forwarding agent; children's slatted frames by GLS.
Can I specify a delivery date?
The delivery conditions vary depending on the product. You can view the delivery details in the shipment tracking on the respective shipping service provider's website and also make changes there:

When can I expect to receive my order?
Please refer to the product details for the respective delivery time. All products are conveniently delivered to your home. Shipping is carried out by a parcel service or, in the case of slatted frames, by a forwarding agent.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer a VAT refund for the export of goods ordered in the German shop.

What payment options are available?
You can choose from various payment options when completing the order process, such as PayPal, credit card payment, advance payment or purchase on account (Klarna). You can find a full list here.
When and how do I receive an invoice?
If you require an invoice, we will be happy to send it to you. In this case, simply contact our customer service.
Test sleep & return
How long is my trial sleep period?
Your trial period is 100 days if you order via our website and 30 days if you order via Amazon or other marketplaces. The period applies from receipt of the mattress. Within this period, you can return the mattress at any time without giving reasons or exchange it for a different firmness level.
How does a return work?
If you wish to return your order, it is sufficient to inform us in writing. Simply send an informal e-mail to info@am-qualitaetsmatratzen.de. We will then initiate the return shipment and refund the purchase price. This will not incur any costs for you.
How do I get my money back if I want to return my order?
In the rare event that you wish to return your order, you can simply contact us by e-mail within 100 days of delivery. contact us by e-mailto return the goods. In the event of collection, we only need your telephone number so that the forwarding agent can contact you to arrange an appointment.
You will receive your money within two working days of receipt of the goods at the latest. No ifs and buts.
By agreeing, you consent to us forwarding your email address to DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn) so that DHL can send status information on the delivery of the shipment before the goods are delivered.
